"It may be a watchmaking capital, but it is hard to visit a watch factory in Biel/Bienne – if not impossible! But there is an alternative: the Omega museum, situated opposite the factory. So I head for this temple of the famous watchmaking brand, accompanied by a Korean journalist eager to see all the collections on show. They say that Asians are keen on Swiss watchmaking... Anyway, we set off to discover pocket watches, ultra-flat watches, chronographs and stopwatches, all created with great attention to detail and precision. The bonus? The visit is accompanied by an expert and enthusiastic guide."
