"There are countless winegrowers on the northern shore of Lake Biel, so it is quite hard to find the right place for a tasting, especially if you are unfamiliar with the region. I would advise anyone facing this dilemma to visit the Viniterra wine tasting centre in Twann/Douanne. It is like taking a tour of the various wines of Lake Biel accompanied by expert and passionate guides. Incidentally, the wine tasting centre welcomes groups as well as individuals."

The unique 100-year-old Pfropfhüsli, situated amid the vineyards of Twann in the centre of the Lake Biel/Bienne wine growing region, has recently been restored. It is now open as a venue for tasting and purchasing wine.
Opening times
Tuesday to Friday: 5 - 9 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 2 - 8 p.m.
