"This year’s Treberwurst meal was held in the “Trüel Celler” of the Mürset family in Twann. After the apéritif, the cellar owner Martin Mürset welcomed all those present and explained what the cellar is actually used for outside the Treberwurst season. After this welcoming address, those who had never had the pleasure were given the opportunity to watch the sausages being made on the schnaps producer’s alambic. Once the sausages arrived, everyone helped themselves. Potato salad and a green salad were served with the sausages, which are made with a wonderful brandy flavour. Once again, it was a fine and pleasant evening in every respect."
